What is your favorite programming language and why?

There are so many languages out there that enable us to create so many new things. So, I got curious what languages others may find to be the best tool for the job.

I'll start. I enjoy using JavaScript the most due to its versatility and what it allows front-end devs to produce. Let me know in the comments what you think!
