Hi, in this article, I'd like to do a summary of why I decided to apply for the Zuri internship program. and things I hope to learn and also look forward to during the internship program.
Introduction
I'm Salem by name, an aspiring Fullstack web developer. I applied for the Zuri Internship Program as a Back-end Developer. My current Stack is Python/Django. This is my major tool for most of my web applications. I also have a profound knowledge of the Front-end languages like HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, and REACT. I'm also skilled at using git as a version control system for my web applications and teamwork with Github.
Through my years of self-teaching, I feel the need to learn more and be expose to more tools and work with different developers from different fields.
As a young developer and beginner, I wanted to explore more and do more. with the little, I have learned so far I was able to build mind-blowing web applications.
With the help of the Zuri Internship, I hope to be exposed to more web technologies and also work with more experienced developers. I hope to fast-track my learning field in the next eight months of learning with other Back-end Developers and Engineers.
I would like to say a big thank you to Zuri for giving me this opportunity to learn and expand my knowledge as a developer and tech enthusiast.
The internship program is still open to all who wishes to further their career in the tech industry. These apply to UI/UX, FRONT-END, and BACK-END DEVELOPER.
