Hi! I am a 40-year-old Puerto Rican living in Vienna for the past nine years who wants to be a full stack web developer someday.

I spend years trying to make it as a graphic-novelist --but realizing how useful computers are drove me to photoshop > illustrator > and eventually web design. Then realized -to my surprise- that I love programming!

My goal is to land an internship soon as a web designer –before I am like 50.

I have been studying every day for 8 months now (mainly on Coursera and with Mozilla) and now I will do the Full Stack Engineer Path with Code Academy.

Hi everybody!
Just joined and really looking forward to some stimulating discussions.
I'm based out of Ireland so apologies up front for my weird sense of humour (that's right, I spell it with a 'u' like it's supposed to be spelt - oh ho - I can feel a storm coming :-)
This looks like a great place for sharing and learning - let's give it a lash!

Hi DEV,

I'm Dave. I'm about to change job (hopefully) and I'd like to share some of my experience here.

I'm Italian, so please excuse my English :-). Full stack developer with 15+ years of experience, a past in computer security, and hopefully a future in the same field.

Hi all, I’ve created my profile today. I’m an amateur blogger but, I’ve been a software developer for 5 years now. My gf told me all about dev.to and I’m excited to be here and contribute to the community as best as I can. I’m really enjoying the platform and can’t wait to start creating blogs.

Hello, World! Thankful to find a community of developers that I can't otherwise find in the area I live πŸ˜‰. I've been on a self learning journey since 2017 on the front-end side of things with little breaks here and there but been back on the grind hoping to land a career in web development (front-end) and continue onto learning full stack. Main languages are HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Hey all! Been coding on and off since 15 years old but ended up in the world of business rather than a developer role. Now I am building my own saas tool and looking to connect with other like minded people :)

Matter of fact my terminal says "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'website'. The python interpreter im using is 3.10 64 bit for MacBook. What do I need to do to not get the error, what do I need to modules work on my MacBook.

Hello! I'm a mid-life-crisis career hopper going back to my first love of computers, programming and fixing that @#$#&(& bug. So many things have changed since I first began my journey in the "early days" of HTML and bulletin boards (yes, if you know what frogger is, you're as old as me!). I am so pumped to be learning from all the fresh new folks here.
