Rock stable, bulletproof, faster and heavy production tested Nginx or caddy (new kid on the block). I'll go with Nginx every time. DevOps perspective is missing here.... it's not only easier config (which is only one aspect).
I would definitely be using nginx for production stuff. But wanted to give caddy a try as a friend told me about it.
