A card game for software developers? What has it to do with education?
Summon The JSON connects gamification, memory techniques with learning how to code. It is a project we were working on since November 2019.
Currently, there are four decks available. For: JavaScript, Python, C#, Java and PHP.
Each beautifully illustrated, fantasy themed deck contains:
65 printed cards
8-page long instruction
Inside a beautiful tuckbox
The instruction contains three methods of playing for one, up to four people. Not only programmers can play it, also people who learn how to code, and even: non-programmers. It makes Summon The JSON a great off-screen entertainment for everyone, and a way to enthuse to coding.
It is also a great, and a really (really like 100% sure) unique Christmas gift!
Since today is Cyber Monday we decided to give Summon The JSON enthusiasts on Dev.to a 40% discount!
Some other important perks:
Free US delivery
14 days no-question asked return option
To get 40% off apply a discount code CYBER40 after choosing a language on summonthejson.com. If you don’t know what language to choose we recommend JavaScript or Python for starters!

Hi there, this post might fit better as a DEV Listing. It’s a dedicated area of the platform where community members and organizations are encouraged to publish information related to events, products, services, job listings, and everything in between.
Right, have trouble finding it
