Google Analytics has the market fairly cornered though for my business, I have been following others like Fathom and Simple Analytics since they were on Product Hunt.
Totally agree on the privacy perspective. A lot of the time, people don't know how to use the extra/more personal data properly anyway.
I feel though analytics tools are still too complicated and time consuming to get actionable insights from. The small business owner that would benefit the most from it likely has their time stretched thin as is.
The last thing you want is someone to misunderstand a statistic and implement the wrong changes.
Oh, by the way, a few of your links are broken where you have links inside inline code blocks. (localStorage, onload etc)
