Communication between EAR to another EAR

I have to send session object from one One EAR application to another EAR application ( deployed on same/different server).
For Eg: i have one app running with some session Id and on button click, it should take session id for validation, close/kill current application and open new application in same window with validating session object (user name).

P.S: I was looking with Post call, but I don't want to change my current application functionality, because in future another application can be deployed as new application.
