A competency based interview I had last week (I've had 3 total, so it's not much of a selection pool). I had a bunch of questions which made no sense to ask (CS degree and 5 years experience but I had to explain polymorphism), give examples of really vague things (like when I made a plan to achieve a task) or things that didn't apply to my work history or position I'm applying for (example of a fullstack piece of work I did when I'm a DB/backend dev). On top of that, my interviewers were unaware of the paperwork that was apparently required but I've now been told I have to go back to give it in.
