VG Tech Consulting was founded in Singapore in 2025 by a team that previously led engineering enablement across APAC at Mercer. We saw many companies experimenting with AI, but struggling to move beyond pilots. We created VGTC to close that gap. Today, we help software companies and enterprises design, build and govern production AI systems, from engineering enablement and agentic workflows to compliance-ready AI governance. Our stack
We build production AI systems using OpenAI, Anthropic and leading open-source models, with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET, React and Next.js. Our infrastructure spans Azure, AWS and GCP, with PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases, Docker and Kubernetes. We work extensively with RAG, MCP, AI agents, workflow orchestration, CI/CD, observability, security and automated evaluation to ship reliable AI into production
