Common Lisp with batteries included: CIEL v0.2 (aka fast scripting with useful libraries)

CIEL should be much easier to install and test for everyone (specially our friends on MacOS).

It's alpha and still moving, but I dogfood it in public and private repos (and I am at the CIEL-USER> everyday).
