3D animation is quite hard for me, and I always run into a lot of problems. However, when I finish a project, I feel a great sense of accomplishment.

I lost my meta mask wallet backup codes. I had them written down and haven't been able to find that piece of paper. Its my own fault. Okay this is unironically one of the most fun ways Iโve seen performance engineering explained. You turned โI want to be richโ into a GPU stress test and somehow made InstancedMesh + WASM feel like a game instead of a lecture. Respect.
What I really like is that this isnโt just visual candy โ you actually explain why things work: batching draw calls, selective collision checks, typed arrays, and then going โcool, now letโs see what happens if we offload this to Rust.โ Thatโs the kind of experiment mindset that actually teaches people something instead of just showing off a demo.
The Rust vs JS timing display is a nice touch too. It makes the tradeoffs real: not โRust is faster,โ but โRust is faster after you pay the bridge tax.โ Thatโs a lesson a lot of people miss when they hype WASM.
Suggestion-wise: I think you could push this even further by turning it into a tiny โphysics playground.โ Let users toggle modes:
โ JS physics vs Rust physics
โ gravity up/down
โ coin vs diamond vs chaos mode
โ maybe a โslow-moโ or โfreeze + orbit inspectโ mode
Basically: lean into the fact that this is already a living benchmark + toy. Right now itโs a fountain โ it could become a lab.
Alsoโฆ calculating your net worth per click is peak dev humor. Financial advice, but GPU-accelerated ๐ค๐ช
