Thank you for sharing! My evening routine consists of planning my next day and writing a journal reflecting on my current day. Planning and prioritizing ahead of time has been my routine for the past 6 months, and using task management tools like Todoist or Quire really saves time. The Notion is my go-to journaling tool. My morning routine is simple: meditate, have breakfast, and start doing my plan.

I already do a lot of these things but the idea of adding journaling to my morning really piqued my interest!
I'm always surprised by people that get up later than 6am. If you keep on top of your fitness it is easy to get an extra couple of hours a day rather than feeling tired all the time.
