There are many open source projects that are created without a budget, waiting to be discovered, so I thought that one way to help would be to create a tool that helps to exchange banners, transparent, open source and untracked, to randomly display source projects.
-Anyone with a website (not necessarily with an open source project) can display banners.
-Anyone with an open source project can subscribe.
