(Project CLAUDE.md: "SPEC.md has been rewritten. Read it again fully. Step 1 is done. Now do Build order step 2 only: make the home page box handle Search and Audit cards only, remove the Pitch, Status and Reminder cards from it, and build the Board page with the columns, drag-and-drop, and the card detail drawer, using fake data. Reminders and notes must be fully editable. 'Save lead' on a search result should add it to the Saved column. Stop when done so I can test.")

I stopped without changing anything, because step 2 is already built. Redoing it as the CLAUDE.md asks would wipe out later work.

The CLAUDE.md note looks out of date: git history shows steps 1–5, Gemma, the profile and deploy prep. The home box offers only Search and Audit cards; the board has the columns with drag-and-drop; the drawer has pitch, reminder (date, time, note, delete) and notes (add, edit, delete with confirm); Save lead writes to the real database. These run on real SQLite storage now, not fake data — rebuilding with fake data would mean replacing the database, login and SerpApi pieces.

Options: 1) test step 2 as it is, 2) update CLAUDE.md to point at the next unbuilt step (step 8, the Requests card), 3) rebuild with fake data anyway.
