Before a business spends money on a website redesign, I usually suggest checking the boring technical basics first.
A beautiful website can still fail if these 5 things are weak:
- Page speed on mobile
- Form friction and broken validation
- Missing tracking for calls, WhatsApp clicks, and form submits
- No automatic follow-up trigger after enquiry
- Weak trust signals: privacy note, contact clarity, service clarity, proof
The interesting part: many “marketing problems” are actually system problems.
