Need to create a structured set of folders in Windows without any special software? Here's a lightweight .bat script that reads a text file and builds your folder tree instantly.

  • Creates folders and subfolders wherever you run the script

📁 Example Input File (folders.txt)

I have planned my folder structure as below — a simple model of my native state India > Assam > Districts. Basically I want to create a folder "India" under which my State "Assam" and finally all my district-wise folders under the state "Assam":
