When updating network configuration in portal.azure.com -> Storage account -> Security + networking -> Networking, your whole CORS setup is erased, usually not immediately, but after some minutes...
For example try to modify your IPv4 allowed list and check that your previous CORS settings are gone forever.
If this is a feature, please explain the logic of it...
