Need Help with AWS Lambda Function

I am trying to write a python script to fetch CloudWatch graphs on AWS Direct Connect (DX). I setup SNS Topic as well as Terraform code coupled with python script. I receive the email, but there is no data. I have been working on this for weeks, but no progress. Cloudwatch and SNS topics were implemented with Terraform code. The script to retrieve DX report was done via Python. Can anyone help? The code is a bit long.
