Typescript put borders around me

I tried to find a Typescript webpack starter.

I know typescript will restrict my type usage but I insist codes must be restricted. That's why I couldn't never like NoSQL. I don't care if all social media companies use it.

I think I liked https://github.com/nobrainr/typescript-webpack-starter
Infact I didn't understand how to use it. But it's better than codepen for now.
