Building a better way for indie SaaS founders to launch (without fake queues)

I’ve been building and launching SaaS products for a while, and one thing keeps coming up:

Launching is hard, not because the product is bad, but because the launch process is messy.

Many launch platforms make you wait in fake queues, or they force you to build a huge pre-launch audience before you even get a chance to show your product. For an indie founder, that can feel impossible.

So I decided to build a simple launch platform focused on speed, fairness, and real discovery.

What I wanted to fix
❌ Fake queues and fake hype

Some platforms create artificial waiting lists to “boost excitement”.
That’s not real value, and it doesn’t help small founders.

❌ Too much complexity

Most launch tools are built for big teams and require a lot of setup.

❌ No real feedback loop

Launches should be about learning fast, not just collecting views.

What I built: Kick Product

Kick Product is a simple launch platform for indie SaaS founders that focuses on:

✅ No fake queues

You can launch without waiting or “gaming” the system.

✅ Simple launch process

Launch fast and get real exposure without overcomplicating anything.

✅ Early-stage founder discovery

The goal is to help founders find each other, share launches, and get feedback.

What I learned while building it

  1. Launching early is better than launching perfect

Most founders wait for perfection and miss the momentum window.

  1. The community matters more than the platform

A launch without a real audience is still a launch — but it won’t grow.

  1. Simplicity wins

If the platform is complicated, founders won’t use it.

What’s next

I’m still improving Kick Product based on real founder feedback.
The goal is to make launching feel like a normal step in the product-building process, not a big event.
