Three traps worth knowing
- "7×24" does not mean real-stock pricing around the clock. Off-hours prices form from last close plus a market estimate — spreads widen exactly when you are most tempted to market-buy.
- Maker 0% is a promo, not a law of nature. The real cost driver on both platforms is the off-hours spread, which can dwarf the fee.
- One token ≠ one share on OKX. Deposits and withdrawals convert through a live multiplier (the official docs show AAPLx at ~1.0027 in their example).

Which exchange account do you already have? What tickers do you actually want? And where should the asset end up — a Solana DeFi position or a real share back at a broker?
