Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create an intuitive and engaging user experience for our innovative AI-powered productivity tool. Your role will involve designing user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating closely with our product and development teams to ensure that our application not only looks great but also provides a seamless and efficient user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into creative solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
• Create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for our web application.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the product.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously improve our design process.
• Advocate for the user by ensuring all designs meet usability standards and accessibility guidelines.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and experience working with developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
