I wasn't over generalizing by saying everyone goes to through Anxiety and pressure. I clearly said it only affects some people (and I would assume those are at least half of all devs from what I have seen and heard) but changing the process can't be done conditionally so yes for that I was generalizing. And your comments about if I know how the job works and about hurting feelings are bit ridiculous and I'm not gonna respond to that.
