Preface
The Golang Association recently released the results of last year's developer survey.
Go Developer Survey 2019 Results
tl;pr (Too Long, Please Read) I know this survey is long, you definitely won't read it. I'll pick out a key point for you every day.
"Developer tools"
Today, let's discuss the developer tools section.
"Where do you develop Go?"
First Place: VS Code (16% -> 41%)
I have to say, VS Code is really a very useful IDE (one of them) now, with low resource requirements and many useful plugins.
Second Place: GoLand (15% -> 34%)
Recently released many useful features, perfect integration makes the Go development environment perfect and easy to use. JetBrains' GoLand is really very useful, if you like it, remember to buy a license!
Third Place: Vim (28% -> 14%)
As the best IDE? Vim (who says it's an IDE? It's clearly an OS?) The market share is slowly declining. Perhaps because the integration of other tools is getting higher and higher, the integration of console mode is also becoming very convenient. Many also provide vim mode (huh?) which is slowly reducing Vim's market share.
Which IDE do you use? Everyone is welcome to discuss!!
