POST /api/summarize: bullet summary of text or a URL ($0.003) - Payment over HTTP 402 (x402) in USDC on Solana. No signup, no API key. Bad input gets rejected before settlement.

Runs on Cloudflare Workers + Workers AI, so it costs nothing to host.
2. Cloudflare Workers AI Starter Pack

Six tested Workers (chat API, batch summarizer, JSON extractor, translation, OpenAI-compatible proxy, semantic search). 7 USDC via Solana Pay, and payment is verified on-chain. A free MIT lite version is on the page.
The catch
The receiving wallet has never been funded, so it doesn't have a USDC token account yet. Until someone sends it something, USDC payments to it can't land without the payer creating the account.
