There are no free means of transportation for Nigerian serving corps members and some have complained that the daily cost of transportation greatly affects the Monthly paid allowance of ₦33,000.00 from the federal government.
This Data Analysis is was carried out in Nigerians' two largest cities , namely Abuja and Lagos and will answer some of the following question.

What is the highest means of transportation in both states?
Lagos and Abuja Both have Buses as the Highest means of transport
While Uber/Bolt services are the least means of transport for Lagos and Motorcycle is the least means of transport for Abuja.
What means of Transportation cost more?
From the analyses; Buses are Expensive for daily travel because corps members tend to use 2 to 4 different buses to get to their place of primary assignment (PPA). From the table, we see that the highest amount spent on transport in a day is ₦2000 and the lowest of ₦500
Is the Monthly paid allowance enough for corps members?
4.27% are satisfied with the Monthly Paid allowance, although it is relatively smaller than the number of people who are not comfortable with the amount, which is 27.35% the larger percentage(60.68%) of corps members say it is not enough.
Do corps member's who work more days get paid more?
Some corps members are required to work more days which in turn involves more money for transportation. from the bar chart, we see that corps members get paid less than ₦30000 to work extra days including on the weekends.
Between both cities which has the highest cost of transportation?
From the demography, we see that the Cost of transportation in Lagos is greater than in Abuja
CONCLUSIONS
- The cost of transportation does affect the Corp member's salary/allowance Mildly
- Corp members Who work extra days should be paid more to cover the cost of transportation.
- Corp members who don't get paid at all could work remotely or work fewer days to save cost.
