I am a backend dev who has to do stuff on aws from time to time. Yesterday, i had to give access to billing to one of colleague. It took me almost 4 to 5 hours for a task that takes almost zero amount of time on other sites.
It makes me criticize the way how things work on aws. The services are not easy to understand, at the same time documentation is horrible i had to find the information in 3 different places from 3 different topics. The forum is absolutely shit! please. Maybe i am ignorant to the fact that how awesome aws is, but its not. Simplicity is missing.

I think I have to agree, AWS tends to be horribly complex and the docs aren't friendly.
This opaqueness also extends to pricing - the pricing of some services is really complicated and hard to understand ... there are plenty stories of people who were surprised by huge bills because they didn't read or understand the "small print".
I wonder if competing clouds (e.g. Google) also suffer from these problems. Providers like Linode or Digital Ocean by comparison seem to be a lot simpler and more user friendly (and cheaper as well), but of course their range of offerings is much smaller than AWS's array of services.
The AWS pricing is quite complex and it demands some study indeed. Though, if you get it right, you can make your infrastructure a lot cheaper than other Cloud providers, so I don't really see it as a bad thing but as something that you should master before getting your hands dirty.
About the Pricing documentation, I will have to agree with you, it could be much better.
