I like to use sites like emojicopy.com/ to get the emojis. On this site, you can click on the emojis that you want and at the bottom they have a button to copy them. And then you can paste what you copied directly into the code.
If you have a Mac you can type Command - Control - Spacebar and that will open an emoji picker.
I am not sure what the command is for Windows but they probably have a similar option.
