I recently encountered a very frustrating bug on DeBank, one of the most popular crypto portfolio trackers.
For a single wallet address, refreshing the page repeatedly shows completely different results:
- Random wallet nicknames
- Incorrect portfolio balances
- Different asset values after each refresh
The screenshots below were all taken from the same wallet address within seconds of each other. The only action I performed was refreshing the page.

For one of the biggest names in crypto portfolio tracking, a bug like this is a pretty scary experience. Nobody wants to wake up thinking they became a millionaire — only to find out it was just a refresh button glitch.
I reported this to the team and hopefully they will fix this soon!
