Indie studio shipping small, honest apps and developer tools. Shiori, Aibou and Niwa for readers, pet owners and plant people. MineUI, ProtonShift, Cryo and q-ring for Linux desktops and AI coding agents. No accounts, no telemetry.
I4C Studio is one developer in the US Central time zone with 17 years in IT and a habit of shipping. The studio builds small, honest apps for people with hobbies (Shiori for readers who annotate with sticky tabs, Aibou for pet households, Niwa for plant care) and developer tools for the Linux desktop and the AI-agent era (MineUI, ProtonShift, Cryo, q-ring). Paid apps are paid once. Nothing phones home, nothing needs an account it does not need. Posts here are the working notes behind those products: what broke, what we measured, and what we would do differently.
