Advice on how to pass algorithm questions

I've been failing algorithm tests for interviews even after studying and practicing with hackerrank. I would love you guys to share your personal experiences and give advice and procedures to become better.

Hi Azeez, here are some tips:

• Try to read books about programming. Each language have lot's of valid books, you could start from the basic ones and go deeper and deeper in the specific fields that you like more.
• Try to spend some time in personal projects learning things that you like.
• Do anything that helps you to keep focused on reaching your next job :)
