Three Solana products that work, under $1M, and the liquidity problem that comes with them

Three Solana products that work, under $1M, and the liquidity problem that comes with them

The Mycelium Strategy connects selected Solana projects through liquidity pools: more than 84% of the tradable $MYC supply sits in pools, and the fees those pools generate fund the strategy's growth and its next connections. That model only works if the project you add can actually absorb a pair, so the filter I used is not "what is cheap" but "what already has a product someone uses today".

I screened 316 Solana protocols on DefiLlama with live TVL, kept the 35 whose market cap is under $1M, then re-priced each one on CoinGecko and verified every mint on-chain with getAccountInfo. What follows is three projects that passed, plus the numbers a buyer should see before adding any of them to a pool.

Selection criteria

  • On Solana.
  • Circulating market cap below $1M at research time, source named.
  • A working product a person can use today, not a roadmap.
  • Not a meme token, not a stablecoin or wrapped asset, and not already in the Mycelium Strategy ($KNOTS, $PRCL, $GABLE, $KINS, $DREAMS, $GUAC, $STREAM, $ESF).

All figures below are point-in-time from 2026-10-24, 13:05–13:15 UTC, with the exact endpoints listed at the end.

Project Circ. mcap 24h volume Product evidence Top-10 holders Mint authority Rugcheck
Kyros ($KYROS) $257,120 $21.84 DefiLlama TVL $12.5M, app live 89.7% still set report
FlashTrade ($FAF) $92,286 $83.28 $2.26M trailing-12m fees 70.5% still set report
Divvy.Bet ($DVY) $200,698 $18.67 live priced sportsbook 89.2% revoked report

Read that 24-hour volume column twice. These are not liquidity candidates in the ordinary sense: a $20 day is three trades. The products are real, the tokens are barely traded. That gap is the whole story of the sub-$1M band.

Kyros ($KYROS) — liquid restaking on Jito

Kyros takes SOL, JitoSOL, JTO or KYROS and returns a yield-bearing receipt (kySOL, kyJTO, kyKYROS) that stacks base staking, Jito MEV and TipRouter NCN rewards. Two optional modes sit on top: Drip auto-converts yield into another asset without touching principal, Loot trades the yield for recurring draws settled with on-chain randomness. The app surfaces Kamino LP and lending positions for kySOL, which is the composability that makes a liquidity pair plausible at all.

Why it stands out: TVL of $12,507,077 against a $257,120 cap — the market values the token at about 2% of the deposits the product holds. That is the kind of mispricing a strategy like Mycelium is built to notice.

The risk is not subtle. The mint authority is still set (AVdi7j9bCSWDYivBbeXr183gTNXeGFZrAjrY4xB9gFGY), the top ten accounts hold 89.7% of supply, and 24-hour volume is $21.84. A pool built on this today would be a pool nobody trades through.

FlashTrade ($FAF) — pool-based perpetuals

FlashTrade is a perps DEX where traders take the other side of a pooled liquidity vault rather than a single market maker. The product ships a live trading terminal with real 24-hour high/low, and the fee line is the strongest evidence in this article: $2.26M in trailing twelve-month fees and $15.3M all-time, against a $92,286 cap. The token trades at roughly 4% of one year's fees.

Risk: mint authority still set (FNX9SaL31v3nLxp9Jr6Bt4w62VyzMeKRPiAFjL9jALwo), top ten at 70.5%, 24-hour volume $83.28. Fees prove usage; the token's float proves almost nothing yet.

Divvy.Bet ($DVY) — on-chain sportsbook

Divvy runs a sportsbook where the house pool is staked by DVY holders: live priced EPL, Serie A and NBA fixtures, plus HiLo rounds. It is the only one of the three with a revoked mint authority, which removes the single largest supply-side risk.

Risk: top ten still hold 89.2%, Rugcheck's risk score is the weakest of the three, and volume is $18.67/day.

Near-miss: Fragmetric

Fragmetric cleared the product test (live restaking TVL) but its price feed has not updated since 2026-09-21, so a circulating market cap "under $1M" cannot be evidenced today — only a stale print. It fails the market-cap criterion on data freshness, not on size, and I am not presenting it as qualifying.

What this means for a Mycelium pair

Every one of these three could support a pair, and none of them currently supports flow. If the strategy's economics depend on trading fees, adding any of them changes the token mix without changing the fee line. The honest sequencing is to watch for the first one to show sustained daily volume — most likely FlashTrade, because its fee revenue is the only figure here that is not a rounding error — and revisit then.
