I'm considering adding a framework to some Google maps to make filtering markers a bit cleaner. I'm not looking to start an arguement on what's the best js framework. If anyone has any highlights on working with React or Vue or something else with google maps API, I would like to hear them.

For marker filtering, the deciding factor is usually not React versus Vue but where the mutable map objects live. Keeping the source-of-truth filter state in the framework and reconciling a small marker diff to the map API avoids rebuilding every marker when one filter changes.
