I have bipolar as well Rick, thank you for sharing your story. I became a youtuber 13 years ago and I find it has helped me deal with my congruent disorder (dual diagnosis), which is having a mental illness and recovering from addiction. It helps me be creative, stay busy and learn new things for free. About to watch Greg Baugues video you tweeted. One of the things I've really wanted to learn is programming. Are you like me? do you have an unbelievable amount of tabs open in your web browsers? I end up in a rabbit hole where I end up googling amazingly smart people to follow and hopefully learn from them, google everything haha. My Wife always asks me, "Are you on Everything Honey?" haha, cuz basically when I'm hypomanic, just a bit manic I want to learn everything all at once. Gotta remember to get to sleep, I better take my meds, it's 1:28am now. Thank u for talking about your experiences, it shows everyone else with it that we're not alone. I'm interested in hearing about ur Mental health project.

hey Jonathan. I have so many tabs open when I restore my browser session it crashes my ram. All software development is just being better at google than most people. feel free to reach out to me through any of my dms or email which can all be found in my bio.

Mania isn't as scary when you and others know it's happening.

Let me know what kind of help you need. I'm trying not to stretch myself too thin but this is important to me also.
I wrote something a little shorter but with a similar conclusion when I was coming down a little from my worst episode.

Yes, I don't post on medium any more and I hope to contribute here soon.
