Outdoor Enthusiast platform gets Stuck in the mud!

We are working on a platform for outdoor enthusiasts, it is beyond our passion. We have run into some snags and out of funds too. Was hoping to speak to someone that knows pHp, Dart, Laravel and could talk to us! We are so close and yet so far from finishing!!! Sooo frustrating !!!!!
