The concept of #DevOps was presented to me long after I found these to be my own practice. So to that end, the removal of silos and building empathy and bridges is a natural fit. The only coding I've done was in DOS and only because I'm #old. While I don't write code, I see the trends and it has been less than six months since I found an error in code when it mattered.

As a nurse I am a good generalist. Medicine. Surgery. Psychiatry. Holistic. Unusual mix that works for me.

I am learning Tech right now. I want to shift what I do and use my nursing expertise to improve the patient and clinician experience in healthcare. I understand workflows and keeping it simple while meeting metrics. I don't discount other players. I just want to further remove the barriers and make things better.

Other than work and family. #arrestedDevOps + reading. Recently finished a project on diabetes at work. Have submitted it for presentation. Working into project on high blood pressure. I take a weakness and make it a strength.

I am happy to learn from anyone who can teach me. Alternatively, if you have questions about clinical work I am always honest about what I do and don't know.
