High stress + lack of sleep + coffee
These three are basically a form of slow suicide. Sometimes we end up trading our health for money without even realizing it, and it’s not always something we consciously choose. Everyone understands the theory, but putting it into practice is a whole different story.
It’s actually been three days since I stopped drinking coffee, and I feel like my mind is calmer and less irritable—it's easier to focus, too. Stress might also be causing me to overeat, even though my body doesn’t actually need that many calories.
I tried the keto diet before. I did lose weight and had more energy, but over time it became too much of a burden on my body, so I gave it up.
Going forward, I’m sticking to a regular diet—low-carb and smaller portions as much as possible, no coffee unless absolutely necessary, getting enough sleep, and jogging for exercise!
