63/365 | ¥10M Job Challenge - Resume

Effectively presenting one’s experience, skills, and future potential is crucial in interview negotiations. Today, I updated my resume, not only adding my past year’s experience but also emphasizing the real value I’ve brought to the company. Instead of listing programming languages and basic tools, I highlighted the results and the context in which they were achieved.

For example, instead of simply stating "Used AWS" I now write, "Deployed scalable infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and containerized environments." Similarly, rather than listing “C#, Java, JavaScript,” I chose the phrasing "Familiar with mainstream frameworks and toolchains, enhancing development efficiency and system performance."

Although most advice in the past focused on being very specific about skills, in the era of AI, I believe highlighting outcomes and value is more important.

Let the results speak for themselves.
