How in-depth should I learn HTML/CSS?

Front-End is not for me, so I'm wondering how much HTML/CSS should I know. Is it ok if I just understand how they https://routerlogin.uno/ work?And If I want to make a website look pretty I can just https://19216801.onl/ edit a template (legally, of course). This is what I'm thinking because I don't think I can come up with a pretty, good looking website on my own. Please enlighten me. https://openweb.vip/whatsapp-web/

It depends oh what you want to do, really. If you don't enjoy working in the frontend and you don't do it to earn a living, you don't need to touch any of those topics.

If however you want to apply for fullstack developer jobs, it sort of makes sense to know what's going on with HTML/CSS/JS. So let me turn the question around for you: Why do you think you need to learn HTML/CSS?

It's perfectly fine not to know HTML, CSS or any technology or language. If you're comfortable in one discipline, concentrate on that and leave the rest to people who are comfortable in their field. That's pretty much the definition of teamwork.
Using pre-built templates is also fine. There's a reason those exist.
