Hacktoberfest is a great event for the beginners to start contributing to the open source projects & also to find and be updated about the projects you should start working on.
We, the FOSS Community NSBM in Sri Lanka had organized the OpenHackDaySriLanka 2020 hacktoberfest as an online event. It was very informative session & we discussed about what is git & github, open source projects, how to contribute and be a part of hacktoberfest and the github campus expert program.
