I am making a distributed in-memory key value db

Hi guys, I am Lovelin, 19, 2nd year Engineering.
I named the project as Lally. Lally is a distributed in-memory key-value database, Rust and Tokio.

I am new to distributed systems, so it would be great if someone with experience could mentor me on the latter. I don't have many connections, so it's hard and I am unsure whether I am going in the right direction
