Take notes, review them periodically, and sort through what you haven't committed to your long-term memory. I use a combination of my company's Stack Overflow boards and my own notes on Notion.so to remember little fiddly things. "How did I serialize that in the last project? Oh yeah, check the notes." Future you will thank past you for taking good notes :D
