ZoomInfo, the all-in-one AI GTM platform, has announced an updated ZoomInfo MCP integration on Salesforce AgentExchange, Salesforce's marketplace for the agentic era.
The integration brings together the ecosystems of AppExchange, Slack, and Agentforce, making it easier for customers to access ZoomInfo's verified go-to-market data directly inside Slack AI without switching between tools.
The relisted integration connects GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's headless GTM context layer, to Slackbot, Slack's built-in AI assistant. It is available to customers whose Slack plans include Slack AI.
ZoomInfo MCP is available on AgentExchange.
Bringing ZoomInfo Data Directly Into Slack
Before the integration, Slack users researching an account or contact had to leave the conversation, open another tool, and search for the required information.
Powered by GTM.AI, the ZoomInfo MCP removes that additional step.

Users can ask questions directly through Slackbot, such as requesting the sales leaders at a specific company. The Account Research and Contact Research tools within ZoomInfo MCP can then return answers grounded in ZoomInfo's verified data.

500 million professional contacts
Where integrations are already configured, responses can also incorporate information from an organization's connected CRM and email history.
Maintaining Data Access and Permissions
Access control, permissioning, and audit logging carry over from customers' existing ZoomInfo and Slack permissions.
This allows organizations to maintain visibility into who can query specific information and through which tools, consistent with existing access controls within ZoomInfo.
Being listed on AgentExchange also places the integration within the marketplace where customers can discover agents and tools across Salesforce and Slack.
