Authentication

Run the login tool (opens the MisarMail OAuth page — nothing to copy) or set MISARMAIL_API_KEY. Every tool call without a key returns setup instructions; nothing silently fails.

Try it without credentials

Tools/list works with no API key — you can inspect every tool before authenticating:
