UAE Entrepreneur Golden Visa 2026: no property purchase needed
A UAE business owner can get a 10-year Golden Visa in 2026 without buying property. Three routes qualify:
- Hold AED 2 million in company capital
- Deposit AED 2 million
- Pay at least AED 250,000 in federal taxes (corporate tax, VAT and excise combined) to the FTA
