Finding partner who work with me long term

I am a full-stack and AI developer from Taiwan with years of experience working on international freelance projects. However, living in Asia limits my ability to participate in U.S.-based projects, as clients there generally prefer local developers. Therefore, I am looking for a collaborator based in the U.S., Canada, or the U.K. to work with based on a fair and transparent partnership.

1. Collaboration Method (Simple and Secure)
2. You would create a new Gmail account and a new account on a platform like Freelancer or Upwork, then share the login details with me.
3. You would install AnyDesk on your computer and share your ID/connection number with me so I can access and use those accounts from your machine.
4. Earnings and Revenue Sharing
5. You will receive 15% of the total revenue from completed projects.
6. The revenue-sharing ratio may vary depending on your level of involvement (e.g., project management, client communication).
7. For example, if the monthly revenue is $1,000, you would receive $150.
