I have logged in to my Github account and remember the password in Safari keychain of my computer. The keychain filled my account and password when I'm logging in to dev.to with my Github account and it shown the error as attached image. Maybe there are some issues with page redirection after authorizing with OAuth. This is my first experience with dev.to ! ^

The dev.to repo. This site is open source. Sounds like you have a big so I’m just suggesting you submit an issue, that’s all.

I found your article on the LATEST tab on the home page. When you post here, it is you creating content to be read by the visitors to the site.
So your "article" was about a bug and read like you were trying to find help with the bug.
My suggestion is don't post a content article on the site about it, file a bug issue or reach out to the website admins.
