You should check out the Nitric Framework - nitric.io/

Nitric is an OpenSource cloud framework that provides resources like APIs, WebSockets, databases, queues, and more. Its pluggable architecture lets you swap services or clouds without changing your app code.

Plus, it's language-agnostic, supporting JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, and many others.

Yeh this is correct in regards to direct competition.

I suspect Amplify users would find value in Nitric as well, its useful for any developer looking move fast in terms of cloud deployments rather than being bogged down with a lot of lines of IaC.

Composio looks promising. Thanks for the share Nevo!

For those who're interested in more, I'd like to suggest OpenAlternative.

It suggests the best open-source alternatives to popular software.

Why are all these thing about AI everytime?
I was expecting the casual framework news or about some open-source apps, but why AI?
I really see this as a wrong way for somebody to boast about becoming an "ultimate developer"

Collapse

phpartisanmakeweeb profile image
phpArtisanMakeWeeb

Ugh, all of these resources are AI-related. No one who depends on AI to do their job is the "ultimate" developer. This just promotes mediocrity.

All AI.. You will surely become a horrible developer if all you do is use AI. What a badly titled post.

It is going bad.

Hey, great post! We really enjoyed it. You might be interested in knowing how to productionalise ML models with a simple line of code. If so, please have a look at flama for Python. Some time ago we published a post Introducing Flama for Robust ML APIs. We think you might really enjoy the post, and flama.
If you have any doubts, or you'd like to learn more about it and how it works in more detail, don't hesitate to give us a shout. And if you like it, please gift us a star ⭐ here.

Checkout this fantastic open source webapp for All in one chat llmchat.co. The stack is nextjs, langchain, shadcn, supabase, much more.

I like the memory plugin, its similar to what ChatGPT's memory feature.
