My advice for allies to support self-identifying women and non-binary folks who code is
Use your platform to support those who are marginalized. Speak up on their behalf. Do not allow others to speak negatively about those communities in your presence. Most of all LISTEN! You may not be able to fix all the world's problems but listening and showing compassion to others goes a long way.
