learning azure (ins and outs of management), mssql 2019, server 2019, devops (in relation to the developers), docker, microservices... probably some deployment tool like DSC when i can't get around it easily with powershell, when its needed (puppet, chef, ansible, terraform)

day to day operations and the ever evolving devops, security, deployment and improvement requests.
